1. H-1B对申请人的工资有要求吗？
是的，H-1B除了对雇主有资质要求外，对申请人的工资也有一定的要求。一般来说，如果顺利在第一轮H1B抽签抽中，并且递交材料顺利，在当年10月1日H-1B正式生效之后，你的雇主要为你支付匹配现行工资标准的薪水，并且真实发放达到标准的工资。
2. 工资标准具体怎么分？
Level 1：
一般只需要基础的理论知识、技能，知晓简单的操作等。因此，它是现行工资标准的最低水平。一般最低学历要求为本科学位，或1年以下的工作经验。

Level 4：
适用于拥有更丰富的经验和专业知识，同时具备本科以上高等学历的申请人。
一般来说，申请人需要在雇主公司担任高层管理职位。
