Responsibilities:

• Work effectively with business leaders to prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Annual budget.

• Monthly/Quarterly/Annual forecast preparation.

• Utilize newly implemented software to develop reports, budgets, and forecasts for management.

• Assist with organizing data files to be used for the new finance system implementation.

• Assist with various projects and reports.

• Monitor trends in key performance indicators.

• Collaborate with various departments for key inputs.

• Assist with building Fnancial Modeling.

• Assist in annual budget process.

Qualifications:

• Exhibits ability to learn and retain technical knowledge of company processes and procedures.

• Possesses a strong sense of attention to detail.

• Must be able to read and comprehend financial statements.

• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.

• Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).

• Experience with SmartView and Oracle preferred.
