H1B抽签登记更改：一注册一抽改为一人一抽， 即每人无论有多少个雇主提交注册，都只抽取一次，以此来减少注册流程中的滥用和欺诈。
CAP-GAP身份延长：因为往年H1B海底捞的申请人10月根本来不及审核，CAP-GAP政策的保护将延长至下一年的4月1日。
灵活性增强：H1B transfer 更容易和灵活。
雇主审查更严格：加强审查和监督以防止滥用。
2024 H1B申请建议
雇主如果没有多个用工需求，不要同一个岗位递交过多的申请，可能会面临非常严格的审核，申请人也容易被RFE。同时，如果中签不管你现在工作状态如何，一定要进入到雇主公司工作一段时间再考虑transfer，不要拖拉，移民局可能会重点审查中签后直接transfer走的申请人。

H1B一人一抽确定后，中签概率会提高多少？
2023年/2024财年的中签率为历史最低的14.6%——近41万人递交了申请，其中近10万人都是多雇主申请。今年不能多次抽签，但抽签人数连年增长。按照正常增长速度，今年参与抽签的人数会维持在43-45万人左右，抽9万签就是20%-25%的中签率。
考虑到2025年大选后的政策不稳定，有条件的同学千万不要错过今年这次机会！
2024 H1B抽签流程和时间线：
2 月 21 日前：跟雇主确认是否可以抽签，联系律师

2 月 21 日（美东中午12点）：申请者和注册者可以开始创建 H-1B 帐户。
3 月 1 日（美东中午12点）：可以开始注册H1B。
3 月 20 日（美东下午5点）：H-1B 注册期截止。
3 月 31 日：USCIS开始通知抽签结果，耐心等待邮件通知。
4 月 1 日：第一轮抽签的最早提交日期开始。
8 月 2 日：第二轮抽签的最早提交日期开始。
7 月 - 9 月：耐心等待审批结果，可能需要配合RFE。
10 月 1 日：H1B正式生效。没有审批结束的同学也别着急，咱们再等等。
